Use photographs as a starting point
Packaging photographs help buyers discuss how a binder order may be presented. They do not, by themselves, confirm the drum specification, net product weight, pallet quantity or transport arrangement for a particular shipment.
The FUXIN website includes packaging references and illustrative images. When planning an order, ask for the written packing details that apply to the actual quotation. Treat the image and the confirmed packing information as separate items.
Confirm the unit being quoted
Ask whether the offer is expressed per drum, by net product weight or on another basis. Confirm the net weight associated with each selling unit and the total quantity to be supplied. Keep packaging weight separate from net product quantity when reviewing the figures.
If an offer lists both a unit price and a price per ton, ask the supplier to confirm the commercial basis for both. Record the currency, quantity, destination and any terms that affect the quotation. Avoid using an estimated conversion as the purchase agreement.
Review the packing arrangement
Confirm the offered drum type and whether palletized supply is included. Request the relevant packing dimensions, gross weight and unit count for freight planning. The final transport plan should be reviewed with the supplier and the party arranging delivery.
If your receiving site has particular access or handling constraints, explain them during the enquiry. Do not assume that the pallet arrangement in a website image is the exact configuration that will arrive.
Ask for the applicable documents
Before ordering, identify the product, commercial and shipping documents your organization needs. Ask which documents FUXIN can provide for the proposed supply. Where destination-specific requirements apply, have the responsible parties confirm those requirements for the shipment.
Request the storage and handling information for the supplied binder grade. Use that documentation when planning receipt and storage; this article does not set a general storage temperature, shelf life or drum-handling procedure.
Prepare one packing confirmation record
A clear record includes the product description, selected grade, net order quantity, packing unit, units per pallet where applicable, destination and required documents. Add the quotation reference so the packing discussion stays connected to the correct offer.
Send these details to FUXIN with your requested delivery schedule. Confirm the final arrangements in writing before the order is placed, and retain the agreed information for the receiving team.
